I have a Bachelor of Health Science, Naturopathy from Southern School of Natural Therapies, and I am a member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA).
I can help to create a customised treatment plan that addresses a variety of health concerns, such as chronic or acute illness, stress, gut health, mental health conditions, fertility troubles, skin conditions, autoimmune disease, neurological and nervous system disruption.
I practice an intuitive mixture of deep tissue, relaxation, remedial and trigger point therapy to ensure that the problem areas get worked on, but you leave feeling relaxed.
I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Holistic Education College and I am registered with the Australian Massage Association (AMT). Massage appointments are covered by most health funds.
